The temperature at Bir-Billing stays cold throughout the year because it is a hill station. Monsoons are recommended to be avoided. There are chances of heavy rainfall and landslides and most of the roads will be closed because of this.

The best time to visit Bir-Billing is between the months of March and June, that is Summer times where the temperature stays between 11 degree Celsius and 25 degree Celsius, which is the perfect time for trying Paragliding and other adventures activities. You can reach Bir Billing via Delhi from train, bus or hired cab.

Train: The nearest railway station from Delhi to Bir is Pathankot Railway Station from there you will have to take a cab or plenty of bus options are always available.

Bus: There are numerous bus options from Delhi to Mandi. You can select from the wide range of options from luxury to normal government-led buses to reach Mandi. From Mandi to Palampur, you can take a bus which stops at The Bir Chowk bus stop which comes before Palampur.
